Purpose

AI Changing UK STEM Jobs is an independent research information site for people who want to understand how AI may change STEM tasks, skills and career routes in the United Kingdom. Our first focus is UK evidence, especially official research and labour-market material.

We aim to make reports easier to compare without turning a forecast into a fact or treating an exposure measure as a count of jobs at risk.

How we work

• Link to original sources and identify who produced them.
• State dates, population and geography when using statistics.
• Separate official observations, projections, third-party surveys and our interpretation.
• Describe uncertainty where source authors identify it.
• Update pages when new evidence materially changes the interpretation.

Scope and limits

This site is an editorial resource, not a recruitment service, careers adviser, government publication or substitute for professional advice. We do not currently provide job listings, personalised risk scores or skills assessments. Our coverage of occupations depends on available, comparable evidence; gaps are stated on the relevant pages.
